Privacy summary

SLUGZ does not sell your personal information. Shellspace uses information to operate the dashboard, provide account access, track progress and rewards, verify missions and claims, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Shellspace is not intended to be a data resale product, financial product, or advertising data marketplace.

Information collected

We may collect phone number, account identifiers, Google or Laylo connection status, email if provided, display name, avatar, city or coarse location, device/browser data, IP-related security data, user agent, session information, consent records, support records, and app activity.

Activity data can include missions, check-ins, games, scores, XP, shells, SLUGZCOIN$, collectible points, collectibles, rewards, store requests, claim history, QR scans, Wall posts, comments, messages, PhotoBooth images, Sluggy activity, and admin support actions.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, connect Laylo or Google identities, maintain Passport access, show progress, run missions and games, process rewards and claims, moderate community activity, respond to support requests, detect fraud or abuse, debug errors, and secure the service.

If you provide an email address, connect Google, RSVP, purchase, claim a reward, or otherwise share contact information, we may use that contact information to send service, account, security, claim, ticket, purchase, reward, support, and transactional messages.

We may use contact information to send promotional or marketing messages about SLUGZ, Shellspace, music, drops, events, products, offers, or rewards where permitted by law, based on consent, implied consent, or another lawful basis. Promotional emails should include an unsubscribe option, and you can contact slugzmusicmgmt@gmail.com for email preference or privacy support.

We may keep consent records showing that a user accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy, including the accepted versions, time, source, user account, phone identity, user agent, and safe request metadata.

Third-party services

Shellspace may interact with Supabase, Cloudflare, Base44 legacy services, Laylo, Google, Meta or Instagram, Shopify, Ticket Tailor, payment processors, email services, analytics, storage, and other operational providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

If you use a third-party login, purchase, RSVP, ticket, social mission, or claim flow, that third party may process information separately from SLUGZ.

Cookies and browser storage

Shellspace may use cookies, local storage, and session storage to keep the dashboard working, remember interface state, preserve login or referral context, recover pending claim flows, support security checks, and improve page loading.

Necessary cookies and browser storage support core functions such as login, security, referral, claim recovery, and app stability.

Some optional analytics or marketing tools, including Meta Pixel when enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page activity, campaign performance, and app engagement. Those optional tools are intended to stay off until you allow them through Privacy Choices. Browser settings, private browsing modes, provider controls, and device settings may limit or block some of these technologies.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate Shellspace, with event or fulfillment partners when needed to provide rewards, with admins or support staff for account help, and when required for legal, safety, security, fraud, or abuse reasons.

Public community activity, display names, avatars, ranks, posts, reactions, comments, and profile-style information may be visible to other users depending on the feature.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to operate Shellspace, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, meet legal obligations, and protect SLUGZ. Some records, including consent, claims, fraud, and admin audit records, may be retained even if other account data is changed or removed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for your device, browser, phone, email, Laylo, and Google account access.

Your choices

You can choose not to use Shellspace, not to connect optional third-party services, or not to submit optional profile/community content. Some features require certain data to function.

You can use Privacy Choices in the app to allow or refuse optional analytics tracking, including Meta Pixel, and to change that choice later. Choosing necessary-only storage does not turn off core dashboard functions.

To request access, correction, deletion, or privacy support, use the Data Deletion page or contact slugzmusicmgmt@gmail.com. Requests may be limited when records are needed for security, legal, fraud prevention, transaction, consent, or dispute reasons.

Children and updates

Shellspace is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we collected information from a child in a way that requires deletion, we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Important updates may require renewed consent. The version date shown on this page is the version used for dashboard consent records.
