Acceptance
By accessing SLUGZ Shellspace, Shellspace Passport, Game Hub, Missions, Store, Wallet, Collectibles, Tour, Wall, Sluggy, PhotoBooth, claim flows, or any related dashboard feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Shellspace is an experimental fan engagement platform. Features, access, rewards, balances, collectibles, missions, scores, and account tools may change, pause, reset, or end at any time.
No sale, no money value
Shellspace points, XP, shells, SLUGZCOIN$, collectible points, badges, cosmetics, Passport ranks, streaks, digital collectibles, Sluggy items, unlocks, access keys, QR rewards, and similar items are entertainment features only. They are not money, securities, stored value, property, financial products, or investments.
Unless a separate written purchase flow clearly says otherwise, nothing in Shellspace is sold as a guaranteed asset. Virtual rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for money.
Account and Passport changes
You are responsible for keeping access to the phone number, Laylo account, Google account, email account, browser, and device used with Shellspace. If you lose access to those accounts or devices, access to Shellspace may also be lost.
SLUGZ may correct, merge, suspend, restrict, rename, reset, revoke, or delete accounts, Passport data, progress, rewards, balances, collectibles, items, posts, or claims when needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, support recovery, product changes, or technical reasons.
SLUGZ is not responsible for lost access, lost progress, lost virtual items, lost rewards, lost eligibility, account changes, claim failures, unavailable third-party accounts, browser storage loss, or data changes except where the law does not allow that limitation.
Rewards and claims
Rewards, drops, QR rewards, store rewards, mission rewards, RSVP rewards, claim slots, discounts, perks, badges, and collectible benefits are discretionary and subject to availability, eligibility, verification, fraud checks, event rules, staff review, and operational limits.
SLUGZ may deny, delay, reverse, replace, modify, or cancel rewards or claims if a reward was issued by mistake, abused, duplicated, misconfigured, unavailable, expired, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Physical merchandise, event tickets, Shopify items, Ticket Tailor orders, Laylo drops, Google login, Meta or Instagram features, payment processors, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and systems. SLUGZ does not control those third-party services.
Games, missions, and community
Game scores, leaderboards, daily streaks, missions, social actions, QR scans, Sluggy progress, collectibles, and community features are entertainment mechanics. They can be tuned, rebalanced, paused, removed, or reset.
Do not cheat, automate, exploit bugs, impersonate others, harass users, post harmful content, upload illegal material, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate rewards, or interfere with Shellspace systems. Violations may lead to suspension, reward reversal, removal of content, or loss of access.
If you post on the Wall, comment, send messages, upload images, submit proof, or otherwise provide content, you are responsible for it and you grant SLUGZ permission to host, display, moderate, remove, and use that content to operate and promote Shellspace.
Service availability
Shellspace is provided as is and as available. SLUGZ does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available forever.
SLUGZ may update, restrict, suspend, retire, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated service and terms.
Communications
SLUGZ may send service, account, security, claim, ticket, purchase, reward, support, and transactional messages related to Shellspace or your relationship with SLUGZ.
SLUGZ may also send promotional or marketing messages about SLUGZ, Shellspace, music, drops, events, products, offers, or rewards where permitted by law, based on consent, implied consent, or another lawful basis. Promotional emails should include a way to unsubscribe.
Ownership
SLUGZ, Shellspace, music, marks, logos, graphics, game designs, characters, software, text, artwork, and related intellectual property are owned by SLUGZ or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse them without written permission.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SLUGZ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-access, lost-reward, or lost-virtual-item damages arising from Shellspace.
Where liability cannot be excluded, SLUGZ's liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Changes and contact
SLUGZ may update these Terms. Important changes may require renewed consent. The version date shown on this page is the version used for dashboard consent records.
